Florists' Transworld Delivery Inc

After the flowers were delivered and saw they were nothing like I ordered, I called after 6pm, received an answering service who was to give a message to the florists to call me first thing the next day. No call as of noon. So I call and the lady who answered said no message was ever received and she kept interrupting me before I could even explain what I was calling about. Finally I was able to break through her stream of interruptions that I did not get anything close to what I expected and she seemed very unconcerned about it and offered to cancel the order and pick up the arrangement. Nobody has picked up the arrangement and she was very unprofessional in handling the situation. The order was for a clearly heart shaped arrangement of flowers in a very specific vase with a very specific ribbon. You would think that what should arrive is something similar - I got a bunch of roses in a $2 vase with a ring of carnations around the edge. I could have done better going to the corner vendor and grabbing some flowers and putting them into a dollar store vase. Avoid this store, they are amateurs and ultimately not overly concerned about the nature of having a very special arrangement for a very special occasion.
