I just used them as resource I actually ended up doing the work myself. They were awesome, they were fast, efficient, professional.

Received Tile and Grout from Florida Tile, delivered by Charles Decker.  Both bags were labeled light buff.  Around 8/14 grout from the first bag was applied to tile.   Once the second bag was opened, it was discovered the color was much darker that the first.  The first bag was actually Antique White.  Florida Tile acknowledges the wrong color grout was installed because of the mislabeled bag. Florida Tile wants the manufacture to correct the issue.  We are getting the run around.  Lot numbers on the tags are 4010323102 and 4010428118.When we talked with Florida Tile they told us this is a common problem with TEC grout.  TEC grout is made by HB Fuller.The material was 1200, but will cost around 4K to have the tile and grout redon

We designed our backsplash with the help of one of their sales people. Later, we changed our minds and went back and had no problem changing the order.

After going elsewhere I found Florida Tile's staff to be very personable. I dealt with Maria and I thought she was very creative and very truthful. It was a good experience. She helped with the purchase and design of my herringbone back-splash. It was a small job, but they treated me as if it was a big one.
