Floor crafters was absolutely amazing to work with. From the beginning, coming to evaluate the mistakes made by our handyman with our bedroom hardwood floor, to completion they were wonderful. Professional, responsive, prompt and easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and skilled are all apt descriptions of Floor crafters. They did a great job! We couldn't be happier with the outcome of our experience with Floor Crafters. They installed 240 s.f. of new, red oak flooring and refinished 850 s.f. of existing red oak flooring, and the outcome was a "work of art." It was a pleasure working with Shaun, Graham, Justin and Katie. Marco did an excellent job of installing the new flooring, and Robert and Frander produced a newly sanded, stained and top-sealed finish of the entire 1090 s.f. By the end of the project, Robert and Frander felt like family. We intend to work with Floor Crafters again if and when we find the time and money to refinish the cement flooring in our garage. A Five Star review to Floor Crafters Flooring.
