Tree Service
This "arborist" was going door to door offering his services. Normally I wouldn't hire anyone who has to go door to door due to all the usual problems (no insurance, no license, etc.). This "arborist" had all the necessary paperwork so I thought I'd give him a shot. The cutting and removal went as well as could be expected; nothing spectacular, nothing broken, cleaned up well. However, when asked about the stump removal, the "arborist" said that he would return within the week to complete the job and that I could pay for that part later. Six weeks later; no "arborist"...
