This is the fifth house I have purchased in my life, the first with Daniel. Daniel is not your average realtor. Daniel is a man of integrity and he cares. When I walked into a property with Daniel, he did not try to influence me one way or another. It was almost as though he disappears because he respected that the decision was mine. However, he was always there to answer any questions and talk through things. Daniel was also attentive to matching me with the physical needs I have given my age in life. I appreciated the sensitivity and care he showed in talking about this and making the match. I was an out of state buyer and Daniel helped me find the home I was looking for in just 8 days. The home sale transaction also went through without a hitch. What I also like is that Daniel has continued to serve me and is more than happy to give me advice regarding any needs for the house.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Daniel Fisher at Fisher Herman Realty. His knowledge, background and experience were invaluable. After we first made contact, we instantly started receiving emails with houses to look at and he met us the very next day to show us our first selection of houses. We decided to build our first house, which is a long process, and he came to every appointment, every meeting with the builder and even the showroom selection. He answered all our questions, asked all the tough questions and handled any issues we had with the building process. His background as a developer came in handy big time. We would highly recommend him to anyone.
