+ -1 morePMI WAS ATTACHED TO MY SETTLEMENT WHEN OUR EXPLICIT INTENT WAS TO KEEP IT OFF. THE STORY AS TO WHY IT WASN'T CAUGHT AT CLOSING IS TOO LONG TO GET INTO. MR. GARRISON TOOK FULL RESPONSIBILTY AND PROMISED TO GET IT REMOVED. THE PROCESS WAS TIME CONSUMING FOR ME WITH RESEARCH, PHONE CALLS, ETC. AFTER THE PMI WAS FINALLY REMOVED FROM THE MORTGAGE, WE HAD PAYED THREE MONTHS WORTH AND WERE PROMISED A REFUND. AFTER FIVE MONTHS, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND.
Description of Work: REFINANCE OF 30 YR FIXED.
