Heating and Air Conditioning Service
They installed a system in April '08. I was painting in my home a few days later and called them back because the house was not cool. He admitted to putting in a unit too small for my home. He said he'd be back the following week to replace it with a larger and more appropriate unit. I battled with them until the following January to get everything resolved. There were multiple ripple effects causing damage due to improper installation. It took me going to the State to complain and I found at that time he hadn't even pulled a building permit. He was ordered to fix the unit, repair the installation and to do so with a licensed provider. I finally got what I paid for and it works fine now but I would not recommend them to anyone.
