The salesperson, Dyan, was very knowledgeable on the products they offer and researched my existing wood burning firebox to ensure what I was purchasing was compatible with my current firebox. My only issue was that everytime I called the store the call would go to voicemail. However, while working with Dyan, she gave me her extension, which made it much easier to reach her. Overall, it was a good experience. Much more knowledgeable and patient that their competition.

BUYING A SET OF GAS LOGS IS A BIG DECISION, AND THE FOLKS AT THE FIREHOUSE STORE ON HARRIS ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. THEY HELPED US FIND THE LOGS THAT WERE RIGHT FOR US.
