I DROPPED THE HANDLE OFF AT NOON AND DIDN'T SAY WHEN I WOULD LIKE IT BACK. EXPECTING THE REPAIR WOULD TAKE A COUPLE OF DAYS I WAS QUITE SURPRISED WHEN THEY CALLED ME AT 3:00 PM THE SAME DAY TO SAY IT WAS FIXED. IT LOOKS AS GOOD AS ''OLD''. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY WELDING REPAIR WORK.

THIS IS A LOCALLY OWNED BUSINESS OWNED BY NATIVE CHARLOTTEANS. THEY ARE HONEST, STRAIGHT-ON AND DO WHAT THEY SAY, UNLIKE SOME SHOPS WITH YOUNG KIDS WHO DON'T KNOW WHICH WAY IS UP. THESE FOLKS ARE EXPERIENCED AND PROFESSIONAL.
