Feline Fabulous

Feline fabulous does a wonderful job.  As one of the few feline only groomers they are priced well.  And against a bad rating below the company does not have a Angie's list coupon so I don't think the customer went to the right place.  (As an Angie's list subscriber I asked).  Wont be disappointed in your results.

Carmen is super sweet and kind to my little Persians. She always listens to my concerns and special requests. She always tries to accommodate both me and my babies. I highly recommend her. It takes a special touch to work with cats as they get their feeling of safety from their environment vs. who they are with and their need for safety is completely different from that of dogs. Carmen is a pro.

I've had some trouble in the past finding a groomer who could handle cats as well as they can dogs.  I found that groomer today with Feline Fabulous.  They did an excellent job and my cat was ready right when they said she would be.  I will definitely be back!!

She did a fantastic job. We have only used her once but we are planing to go back to her probably within the next month. I was not there to watch her but she did a great job.

I have (1) 9yr old Exotic Shorthair (this is basically a short-haired Persian) and (1) 6yr old Persian (retired show cat - very long hair). Ironically the Exotic Shorthair has a much thicker coat (resulting in excessive shedding), than the long-haired Persian.  Both cats have 'flat faces', which means their eyes need to be cleaned daily.  I had previously taken my cats to "4 Season's Cat Hospital" where they receive vet services, however the groomer there injured her shoulder - at which time they referred me to "Feline Fabulous".  There are LOTS of groomers in town, but not too many specialize in cats.  And often times they want to just shave the cats in order to quickly remove the matting, versus trying to work out the mats and keep their coats in tact.  Cameron Craig @ Feline Fabulous is a Certified Master Feline Groomer - the first in North Carolina.  She was a vet tech in years past, and also grooms dogs via her mobile pet grooming service "Waggin' Wagon".  But at Feline Fabulous she specializes in 'cats only' - so no worries of loud barking dogs to add to the anxiety cats experience while being groomed. I called on Wednesday (Oct 30th) and they were able to fit me in that following Saturday (Nov 2nd).  We live in Waxhaw, NC (one hour drive from the groomer's shop in Charlotte), but the quality of her grooming is worth the drive.  I dropped my cats off at 9am, and they called saying the girls were ready to be picked up by around 12:30-1:00pm.  (My cats' coats require a LOT of brushing!)  I have one really calm cat and one cat that is a total wiggle worm.  The cats both looked great, smelled great, faces were clean, etc.  And it felt as if Lillie (Exotic Shorthair) had lost several pounds, due to all the hair removed during the de-shedding process. And Daphne's (Persian) underbelly was tangle free (w/o having to be shaved). 
This is the 3rd time I've used Feline Fabulous, and I continue to be very pleased with the level of service.  Again, it isn't super convenient for me to get to - but it is worth the extra miles traveled.
PS...Carmen also has a mobile pet grooming service (as mentioned earlier) called Waggin' Wagon.  I'd probably use her for our dog, except for the fact we have an English Bulldog that I am fully capable of bathing at home.

Excellent service.  Friendly and knowledgeable staff.  
Our cats are Siberians (20 pounds, size of a cocker spaniel) and they were calm and happy while getting their lion cuts at Feline Fabulous, even the grumpy one.  That says a lot for the folks who work there.

I am a new customer. My cat received a lion cut. They did an excellent job.

She is very accomadating. She is very good.Do make sure to tell her what you want. The fact that they only do cats - I love. Most places don't do cats and they get scared with the dogs barking.

She is so totally capable and knowledgeable about cats.  She has certification in the speciality grooming.
