"Thanks so much for the kind works [Member Name Removed]! Its our goal to deliver the absolute best home buying experience in the country! Just a quick note on the cost of $4000...I know that you were referring to everything...from the lender fees, appraisal, attorney fees, title work, inspections as well as prepaid expenses for home owners insurance and tax reserves...but just to be clear Fairway charges are a $680 underwriting fee and a $115 document preparation fee so the total lender fees are $795 and there are several ways that clients can structure this. Please don't hesitate to call and I review it with you! All the very best to you and [Member Name Removed] and I look fwd to working with you again in the future!!"
