Only company that came out NEXT DAY or even offered to come and look at my lawn before providing me a quote. Loved O'Brian his friendly approach along with knowledge made this decision super easy! It's been only 3 days and they already came out to start treatment Will definitely recommend and hire again.

It didn't go well. We changed lawn care services last month to Fairway Green. They bid on the job and offered an amount that was only slightly more than the previous service. We went with Fairway Green, but they doubled our cost when they charged for the first treatment. We called. It wasn't a mistake they claimed. So we cancelled the service after the first treatment.

Started service in the fall of 2019. I was originially told my lawn service would be $38 per month starting in 2020 if I paid the entire year of service in full. After multiple phone calls, emails and conversations, home office could never get the pricing corrected. Insisted on charging my at first $45 and then lowered to $41 but never honored the original pricing.

I didn't hire them for that the yearly service because we could not coordinate phone calls. I will use them if the "other" company doesn't work out. The other company package additional services. Fairway Green was the FIRST one to visit my property and provide an analysis. I will use them to get rid of the Bermuda grass.

If you want a company that is responsive, do not hire this one. It was like pulling weeds (pardon the pun) to get Kholbie to respond to my email. First response was fast when he was trying to sell me the entire package. When I inquired about just tree and shrub treatment and fire ant treatment, it took 4 days (and he blamed it on email issues). And the last email I sent asking about coming to look and make recommendations - I still have not had any response and it's been 9 days (6 business). This indicates company responsiveness to me which is an F.

I called Fairway because of the "A" rating for lawn aeration and treatments. They answered quickly and had a representative call to setup a lawn review. During that call with the field rep he asked me how much lawn do I need treated. I said a quarter of an acre. I did not ask for cost because I received quotes from other companies so I knew the process but this guy told me that aeration and overseeding would be $250 and each treatment would be $49. He also said he would need to measure too. He came out measured and left a quote for $495 for aeration and each treatment $62 for 9000 sqft. Which doesn't make sense because 9000 sqft is less than a quarter acre I told him. So either he doesn't understand math or was trying to pull a fast one.

They started doing my lawn. I think this is the second treatment. What has been happening is around my house the grass is dying. He took care of it this time, he said The price is good and they call you and figure out what's going on. They really try. They talk to you. I am going to wait and see what happens with the grass around the house. The grass itself looks beautiful. He said that there isn't shade on that side of the house, that is not their fault. When I first called them, the man was very good and his price is better than most people. They responded very quickly. The man was very nice and very kind. They call you before they come out. If you tell them you don't want them to do it, they won't do it. It is just very good. When I was looking for someone else to treat my lawn, this man came out first, before anyone else. He gave me the whole run down of the company. There was no waiting time and the price was good. He was quick to answer. He was able to stop, talk and explain what was going on. They just come in and do the work. They have been very good. They call me before the come. Last time when they called and said they were coming. I listened for them to drive in from the North side. I don't know which side. He came out and looked at it. He talked to me. He was telling me what he was going to do. He said I might have to put some rocks down there because apparently it is not getting any sunshine on that side or whatever. That is the last thing that he did. Was stop, talk and explain.

It was awful!!! I had them come in May and then they said to have it done in the fall. Called back in fall and got some confusing conversation about weed kill and aeration schedule from tech. I told him I want a fairway green lawn like the commercial. Never even bothered to call me back. It has been several weeks.

My yard always looks good, Fairway Green has been servicing my lawn for almost two years. They effectively killed off my nutsedge, per my request. Unfortunately some overspray killed some of my good lawn also, Our technician immediately contacted his office and within a short time was offered a very good solution. Their commitment to service is refreshing. The next day I was contacted by their biling person and was credited full price for my treatment while we were on the phone, Excellent service is normally a catch phrase. We have been waiting since April for aeration on our Bermuda grass. Finally I called in mid May and they said we were on the schedule for the first week on June. the week came and went. no service, no call back. I called the on June 7th and the CSR said they had truck problems last week. hmm. this company has many trucks.
However, the real issue is that unless I contacted the company. you have no idea what is going on. When I told the lady I was cancelling she said ok and hung up. Business must be good for them!

"We were very disappointed to hear of [Member Name Removed]'s complaint and sorry that she has an unfavorable opinion of our company. We contacted her when we received notice of her complaint in order to visit her property and resolve any issues. She declined our offer which included taking plant samples to submit for testing. While we are confident based on the pictures she submitted to us that the damage to her plants is not herbicide-related we are still willing to meet with her to discuss a possible solution to her concerns. I have used Fairway since I moved into my house in 2014. The service in the beginning was a little rocky but the branch manager always called and was very knowledgeable about the service and our grass. This most recent visit, I received the standard treatment and a bill which had a standard printed Early Summer Service Treatment description and a handwritten note "applied cnd 3 app". I noticed that my lawn had some brown patches right after the treatment and called to discuss. I left a voicemail and never heard back until a few days later when the Operations Manager came out and left a property evaluation with a thorough description of what he saw and what may be issues including the possibility that we may need to have a fungicide treatment. This is all good information to know but I was wondering why this was not on my service invoice so I left another voicemail asking why the tech did not mention anything at all about the lawn or any potential issues. I did not hear back from anyone so I called today and fired them.
