+ -1 moreOCTOBER 21 WAS ORIGINAL START DATE AND DEPOSIT WAS GIVEN OCTOBER 14. HE WAS CONTINUALLY DELAYED. HE DID NOT RETURN MY CALLS UNLESS I HOUNDED HIM. HE AGREED FINALLY TO COME OUT ON NOVEMBER 14 BUT NEVER SHOWED. HE CALLED AND RESCHEDULED FOR NOVEMBER 17 AND NEVER SHOWED. HE NEVER ANSWERED HIS PHONE AT HOME OR CELL OR OFFICE AFTER THIS. I MAILED A CERTIFIED LETTER TO CANCEL CONTRACT ON DECEMBER 4. ON DECEMBER 22 I SENT A SECOND LETTER REQUESTING DEPOSIT RETURNED BY JANUARY 6 OR MORE ACTION WOULD BE TAKEN. HE CALLED ME ON DECEMBER 23, SAID HE HAD NEVER RECEIVED MY CERTIFIED LETTER, THAT HE HAD CUSTOM WINDOWS FOR THE JOB ALREADY, HE WOULD NOT REFUND DEPOSIT, AND THAT "MY LAWYER SHOULD CALL HIS LAWYER."
Description of Work: NO WORK PERFORMED, BUT THEY TOOK DEPOSIT OF $4790.00.
