The project was poorly managed. There was verylittle communication on schedule and mistakes made on multiple material measurements caused issues in the final product.

Amazing experience! The remodel for my hall tub/shower/ fixtures and countertop replacement only took 2 days and is beautiful! Impeccable work! The remodel for my master shower renovation from tub to walk-in shower with beautiful glass doors, new fixtures and countertops only took 3 days. Dalton did my install; he is the absolute best! He kept me in the loop about details of the project, timelines, and did an amazing job!

Our new bathroom is outstanding, luxurious, and EZPro managed the project perfectly end-to-end. They even have their own app for communication and have a very detailed project schedule. Great folks to work with and excellent design and project management teams.

The salesperson was helpful in making suggestions based on our objectives. The project manager also made suggestions that improved our plan. The installer was highly efficient and skilled. We are very happy with the results.

Victor and Brad were the installers of our walk-in shower and did an outstanding job, They were very organized from start to finish. All involved were professional and worked efficiently to give an end product of high quality and a new walk in shower we love. We highly recommend this company and team.

EZPro designer was very helpful in appreciating what we wanted and suggesting tile, fixtures etc. Showroom provides examples without overwhelming. All workmen were considerate, friendly and wore masks consistently. Final product is super-gorgeous.

I like that they have full sheets of ceramic, which means no grout lines in the shower.

They did a fantastic job. They replaced an old tub with a large walk-in shower. The installation went smoothly and efficiently. They left the bathroom in great condition when they were done.

Warren Merell was our Shower installer. He prepped and installed by himself. I cannot wait until 24 hrs when I can use my New shower. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. would I recommend EzPro? Definitely yes. I'm now excited for the completion of the entire Project.

Project is almost complete but can say EZPro Baths takes great care in the work they do. Always professional and courteous to us, my loud 3 dogs and ensuring the rest of my house is not a mess during the project.

We had our master bath remodeled and we love it. The design was exactly what I was looking for, and they gave us great advice on low-maintenance products (important to my husband) and it looks beautiful! (Important to me). Everyone in the entire process was professional and they seem to really care about the customer experience. I will definitely use them when I’m ready to remodel my other bathrooms.

EZ Pro Baths completed a full master bath renovation for us in February 2018, and we could not be more impressed with their work. From the initial consultation to the finished product, they were professional, creative, and easy (EZ) to work with. They really transformed our space!

My husband and I had our master bathroom completely remodeled. EZPro made the whole process stress free from start to finish. We were amazed at how efficient they were. We wanted a new walk in shower and I am so happy we did it. I can honestly say it feels like a spa bathroom now. My husband loves having his own sink too. When we are ready to remodel the guest bathroom, we are going to reach out to EZPro again.

Communication with top management was terrible. Calls, emails, hand-delivered letters not answered. Ordering materials delayed 10 days due to no returned calls; Pushed completion out 30 days. Designer, salesman, and managers not on the same page ever throughout the project. Be aware of upselling on materials and fixtures. Final price 21% than the quote. We were talked into more expensive items, our bad. Tile work and plumbing were above excellent. Beautiful. Cabinetry and vanity installed by real craftsmen look great. Painting, wall prep OK. Painters scratched tub and painted on the surface, making it look used. Repair polishing was acceptable but still noticed. More protection of installed fixtures is advised. We are satisfied with the final result, but we will not put up with the management again. - James M.
