Everything went smoothly! Joe installed tile in our master bathroom. He is very neat and respectful. First he removed the existing tile and disposed of it. I couldn't even tell he was there at the end of the day!!! Everything was cleaned up and organised. He was very helpful in designing the shower and had great ideas. He is an artist when it comes to installing the tile! Everything is perfect! I love the seamless glass too :) His carpet crew was just as professional. They moved all the furniture, removed the old carpet and hauled it off. Then went in the new pad and carpet. They had this big carpet stretching contraption that they called a "power stretcher". The carpet is nice and tight. It doesn't look like I'll have to worry about any wrinkles down the road. Also, they installed all the carpet in 1 day! Very convenient! I would definitely recommend them for any tile or carpet needs. Thank you!

Working with Joe was a very pleasant experience. He showed up when he said he would and he knows exactly what he is doing. He is a very meticulous and careful worker. He took down the old drywall and replaced it before he put up the new backsplash tile. He also put down board on the floor before he put down the mortar and floor tile. He grouted and caulked. When it comes to laying tile, he is an artist. At the end of each day, he cleaned up so I could use my kitchen that night. My kitchen is beautiful.

Aside from the price being a good value for the quality of work Joe performed we were extremely impressed by the care and attention to detail that was given to our home. We have refered Joe to several friends and family members and all have said the same thing about his professionalism. We will be using Him for all our future tile needs.

Joe came to our house to give us an estimate to renovate our master bathroom.  He arrived right on time.  He was a real pleasure to talk to and really knew what he was talking about when it came to remodeling our bathroom.  He had great ideas on how to complete our vision of a perfect bathroom. He said he has over 25 years of experience and it shows.  We picked out our tile from his recommended supplier and it came with an interior decorator's help included. We are very pleased with our selection and the decorator was extremely helpful.  Joe arrived to start the job exactly when he said he would and was here every day until it was finished and he finished a couple days before he estimated he would.  He was very meticulous and gave special attention to detail.  He was very neat with the demo and installation.  He covered all the pathways to the bathroom and cleaned up every day before he left.  At the end of the day we couldn't even tell that he had been there.  He is a true craftsman.  We couldn't be happier with the outcome!  The granite counter tops are also beautiful and the installers were very pleasant.  The frameless glass shower enclosure just finishes off the shower perfectly.  We highly recommend Joe and Exquisite Tile Creations.  We got other estimates from a couple other recommended companies and his price was very reasonable.  We were able to save quite a bit in comparison.  We are so happy that we decided to go with Joe :)
