EXPRESS MOBILE GLASS

Before and after photos show the horrific work, supported by a repair invoice from Acura documenting the damage done to the vehicle when trying to replace the windshield. The owner ignored our emails,texts and phone calls for the month. Still not resolved.

They were very quick. It was a very small window in my house and the pane got cracked. They came the day I called them and did the repair. They were very prompt. My interaction with them was good. The work they did turned out fine. They did a good job. I would possibly use them again in the future if I have the need.

No problem. Came as scheduled. Called from vacation to make initial appointment.

Tim was prompt and responsive to any issue. He is pleasant and knowledgable. When the original replacement window was installed, it was clear that there was in issue with the direction of the slats inside the window, so he immediately ordered us a replacement one and within a couple of days, reinstalled the replacement. Now that we are in a new home and found an issue with the windows here, Tim was the first person we considered contacting.

Update! We had an issue with leaking windows here in our new home. I called Tim, and he came right out, assessed the issue, suggested a simple adjustment and voila! no more leaks. Didn't even charge me for his time. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? This is why I love Angie's List...it puts you in contact with quality people who do quality work and go above and beyond to build their businesses. Tim rules!

The service was excellent!

One of my windows was cracked by a lawn service provider used by my next door neighbor. The lawn service was willing to pay for the repair, but left it up to me to find a repair service. I searched Angie's list and found two potential providers within my area. One,The Glass DR., came to take measurements for an estimate and the other, Fix My Glass, never returned my phone message. I was told by the person taking the measurement for The Glass Dr. that I would receive a call with an estimate by the next business day. When I didn't hear back from The Glass Dr. after several days and a followup phone call to them, I called the Angie's list number to find additional providers. I was given two. When I contacted one of the two, I was told that if it was only one window, Express Mobile Glass Service would be the group they would recommend. I contacted Tim at Express and he made an appointment that afternoon for a measurement. He came, took the measurement and provided an estimate the next day. His estimate was lower than The Glass Dr. , who did finally call me back with an apology saying they unfortunately misplaced my paperwork. I hired Tim to do the job and he was here a couple of days later to replace the window. He was timely, efficient, friendly, and very quick. My wife also appreciated the fact that he even washed the window, both inside and out. I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

Responded promptly to call for service. Came out two day later to replace broken pane in door. Service was quick and professional.

The guy happened to have one of the glass mirrors that was made for someone else and then they didn't take it and it did fit my table perfectly so he gave it to me at a great deal. The price was significantly less than what it was going to be to have the same thing made, the thickness I wanted, the quality and the tinted glass. There was a stone in an umbrella and it didn't lift out or anything, but it moved enough that it completely shattered the glass. The guy was very nice and pleasant. He took all the measurements and worked out and told me that he's got a piece in his truck and if I was willing to see, I could. I've had this piece of furniture for quite sometime and I tried to contact the company and the manufacturer and I couldn't get it from them. They recommended that I hire somebody there.

The service was prompt. They did try to see if they could get it covered under warranty and I thought that was good they actually remembered that they had done some work previously. They were honest. You're probably paying a little more because it was addressed and answered so quickly.

Accent Glass did a beautiful job. They cut a piece of glass that fits perfectly inside my large round wicker tray and works exactly as I hoped it would. They helped me decide how thick the glass should be in order to keep the tray flat and avoid breakage, and seemed concerned with helping me reduce costs. I think they were extremely professional, priced well and did a very good (and remarkably fast) job.

The company was very professional and prompt, from estimate through completion. I was pleased with the quality of the job and the price, and with the care the delivery personnel used in re-inserting the new piece of glass. Their estimate was very helpful in determining the correct thickness and edge type for the new piece of glass in order to prevent future breakage, and their estimate was much lower than some other companies. I would definitely use this company again.

Overall, the service went very well. We are very pleased.

Tim came out the day after I called to look at the tables and take measurements. I really liked that he came out because then I knew that the glass would fit perfectly, especially over the corners. Tim's quote as a little higher than some of his competitors but he matched it. When the glass was ready, one of his employees delivered it, cleaned it, and placed it on the tables. He left special instructions how to clean/care for the glass.

Responded to an email request for an estimate the next day. Came and gave me an estimate. Tim's estimate was the lowest I received. Explained what would be done. Ordered the parts needed, and work was completed within a week. Arrived on time, finished work, charged me exactly what he said he would. I couldn't have been more pleased with the work or the service.

Tim showed up on very short notice, was very friendly and professional. He came out measured the windows to replace and than ordered first thing on Monday morning. He had them by Wed. and called to see what was best time for us to have him come and replace. He was very professional and efficient.

It went very well. I was very pleased with his promptness, professionalism and workmanship. He responded right away even though he was out of town.

Tim was recommended by a window company as some who did repairs. I called him Monday morning and told him someone had broken the windows in two doors when they burglarized my home sometime over the weekend. He told me he would be there that day and would take care of it. He was very prompt and professional. He had my doors repaired by early afternoon. I was very pleased and will use and recommend him in the future.

One of the panes cracked during installation, so he ordered another one and when it came in he came back and installed it. He was prompt, called right away, very nice guy and very honest.

After an attempted break in, I searched the list and called one of the larger glass companies to replace a broken window and was told that they could have an estimator out in three days. I called Tim at Express Mobile and he was out within the hour ordered the glass and finished the installation in three days. They seem to take the Express part of their name seriously. My experience with Tim and Express Mobile could not have been better.

I contacted Tim and within an hour he sent someone out to check the window. The window needed to be ordered. Tim brought the new window a week later and installed it himself in just a few hours. He was courteous and worked very hard. He was so professional and friendly, even in the 100 degree heat!! He did a great job!!! I'm going to hire him again this week for another repair!!! Thanks!!!

The job was too small for some Angie's List companies. One of the larger ones referred me to EMG and Tim stopped by very quickly to give me an estimate. Tim warned us that it would take a little while for the manufacturer to make the replacement glass. As soon as it was ready, they came by and swapped out the windows in a few hours. The window and surrounding trim look good and match nearby windows.

Tim showed up as promised and was able to quickly get the window sizes he needed to order the replacements (I did not have to be at the house.) He let me know what his schedule was and when he would be able to get everything done. Kept me informed at every step of the process and showed up when he said he would!

TIM WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND WAS AT MY HOUSE WITHIN A FEW HOURS OF CALLING. HE HAD TO ORDER THE GLASS PANE (THE ORIGINAL WINDOWS WERE NO LONGER MANUFACTURED) AND CALLED AS SOON AS IT ARRIVED. WE HAVE A LITTLE BOY AND I'M PRETTY SURE WE WILL BE CALLING ON TIM AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
