They really went above and beyond. They came on-time, installed everything correctly and they even went and got the HD box from the cable company at no extra charge so I didn't have to deal with the cable company. They didn't have the model I wanted in stock so they gave me a 10% discount on the model I wanted. They spent extra time with me showing me how to enable the whole system. They also have a guarantee that if I am unhappy with any aspect of the television they will come back at no charge and re-adjust the unit.
