Rick with Exotic was timely, friendly, easy to work with and Leo who came to my house today, while a bit challenged with a small language barrier was knowledgeable about my situation with the water leak. I was impressed with how quickly they responded and even managed to come the same day. Of all the contractors I spoke with, Exotic was the most expensive service/diagnostic fee. However there is real value in their willingness to come the same day. I saved money in having the leak repaired immediately. The owner Rick was very helpful and his irrigation specialist Matt was a pleasure to work with.

I consider the installation incomplete without a detailed explanation of this smart sprinkler controller. This system was very different then the one it replaced. And while controlling the sprinkler system via smartphone is appealing, the programming is a bit complicated. The installer sent by Exotic Landscaping was very efficient and replaced our old system in minutes. His English was very limited and when I asked him how to operate the system he handed me a brochure and left. It has taken us several iterations to correctly complete the programming odd this unit, a task that should have been done by Exotic.

Rick is awesome! I had them out to reconfigure and repair several heads in my front beds. He was very responsive, actually came out within 2 days of the request, took at look at what we needed, made good recommendations. The work was completed the next day! And when I noticed that one of the new heads was leaking, I sent him a text and his guy was out repairing it same day. I don't need sprinkler help much, but, next time I do, Rick is my guy. Highly recommend.
