I RECEIVED A FLYER FROM ELC IN MY MAIL BOX. I CONTACTED THEM TO DO LAWN AERATION FOR ME. THEY INITIALLY RESPONDED, SCHEDULED A DATE TO PERFORM THE WORK. THE DAY CAME, THE WEATHER WAS BAD, NO WORK WAS PERFORMED. ROBERT DID CALL TO RESCHEDULE, BUT THEN FAILED TO SHOW UP ON THE RESCHEDULED DATE. I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT HIM SEVERAL TIMES AND HE NEVER RESPONDED. I''M CERTAIN HE WAS BUSY AND HAD LOTS OF WORK BACKED UP, BUT THE FACT THAT HE RESCHEDULED AND DIDN''T SHOW UP AND THEN NEVER RESPONDED TO MY PHONE CALLS WAS VERY FRUSTRATING AND RUDE. I ENDED UP USING ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I WOULD NOT WASTE MY TIME WITH EXECUTIVE LAWN CARE EVER AGAIN.
