It was good. They sent me an email confirmation of my request. The driver on the outbound trip was on time and punctual. The driver on the return was punctual and communicated that he was there waiting for us. Very courteous.

ECS was very punctual and efficient in both the arranging of and the performance of drop-off and pickup at the airport. ECS monitors the return flight so as to be at curbside on the arrival deck within no more than just a few minutes of the passengers' arrival outside of the baggage claim area.The ride was comfortable and the ECS drivers were skilled, courteous, and friendly.

Drivers were on time and very polite. However, one car smelled from cigarette smoke. There seemed to be confusion when I called for reservations whether I was booking with Executive or Ultra. In fact, I was billed by Executive for one trip and for the return trip by Ultra.

Great service. I called the day before to schedule pick up at my home and service to the airport. The scheduler made arrangements and the next day the limo was waiting in my driveway at the scheduled time. Very professional driver made me feel comfortable with the trip. I will use Executive Car Service again.

This is our second poor experience with Executive. The driver for the last pick-up was sent to the wrong address. The personnel are all very nice, which is why I gave them a second chance. However, they simply aren't ready for prime-time. If you catch them on a good day, everything is great. BUT, catch them on a bad day and you'll be scrambling to make your flight. I fly frequently. I know how long it takes to comfortably get from my door to the airline gate. I booked the car with this schedule in mind. However, the driver did not show up at the appointed time. I gave him a 5 minute grace period, then called the dispatcher. I was told that the driver had "left the airport a few minutes ago" for my house - a 30 minute drive away. The dispatcher apologized saying that the driver had not informed him of his status. They had no other cars in the vicinity. Fifteen minutes later, they called back to say that they had found another car but that one didn't arrive until 35 minutes until after the original pick-up time. I was stuck and had no options other than to wait for them. They comped the fare, which was a nice gesture, but I probably would have missed my flight if it hadn't been delayed - it wasn't worth it. We use sedan car services in NYC and Boston on a regular basis and have been doing so for over two decades. I know what to expect from a sedan service. The dispatchers know where their cars are and actively check in with the cars to make sure that they are on time. The drivers always call and the always show up 10-15 minutes early. Executive needs to get their act together, especially for airport runs where dependability is paramount. Should you use them? The cars are clean and as previously mentioned, the personnel are nice. However, I'd strongly recommend calling 30-40 minutes before they are scheduled to arrive to make sure that someone will show up at your address!

On March 17th I booked a car to pick me up at my home at 4:30 am on Sunday, March 18th. It was to take me directly to Charlotte Airport. I woke very early on the 18th, showered, came downstairs and discovered that the answering light on my machine was blinking. The message was from Executive Car Service stating that they would be unable to pick me up because a driver had called in sick. I immediately called back and said that was unacceptable, and they agreed to send a driver in 10 min. 10 min. later they called to say that no body would be coming at all. I immediately called them back and only got the answering machine. I left a scathing message about their lack of commitment to their customers. I never want any thing to do with this company again! This is the 2nd time we've had problems with them. In October, they were scheduled to pick up my mother and 2 kids at the airport. My mother searched for the driver, but never saw him. I was charged over $50.00 anyways.

George was the driver and was very good. I would recommend them to anyone. All of the drivers are very nice and this is the third time I have used them. As a woman I felt very safe with pick up at airport.

The driver was on time to pick us up. He was professional and well dressed for the occasion. We were early for our party so he agreed to wait about 15 minutes before we left. Unfortunately the driver was more than 30 minutes late to pick us up at the end of the night. Since they had asked us to wait in the lobby, we were not terribly happy about the delay. They were reasonably priced and easy to deal with, though. Overall a good experience.

We did not want to fight the parking problems during the holidays, Executive Car Service picked us up and took us home upon our return. Great service and they were $100 cheaper than another company. They were at our door 15 minutes before the requested time. We had to wait about 10 minutes after we picked up our luggage, due to airport rules they could not wait at baggage claim.

Driver, Roger, was on time and very courteous. The vehicle was clean and Roger looked after every detail. He was friendly and created a relaxing atmosphere in preparation for our anticipated long flight ahead. He loaded and unloaded the bags and was careful to insure everything was well cared for and in order before departing.

I am sad to report that executive car service let us down. I had scheduled our time and date with them several weeks in advance and also confirmed with them the day prior to our departure. We needed them to arrive by 6AM for a 7:40AM flight. I called them at 6AM (I have used them before and they had arrived early then) when they had not arrived to see their ETA. I was informed that the driver had just left their base and would arrive at 6:30AM. My husband and I were VERY disappointed and had to pack our van with kids, bags, strollers and car seats and speed to the airport in time to drop everyone off, check-in, get our van parked in long-term parking, go through security to arrive on time. I am pleased to say that we made our flight, but had hoped for a more leisurely morning!! Executive car service offered nothing to us, apology or discount on future business. We will not be using them in the future and would not recommend them.

Overall, my experience was positive. The car was clean, the driver was waiting despite my plan being 20 min late. The price was more than I was quoted on the phone by exactly 20% - not sure if a gratuity was automatically added or not.
