About us

The work behind Exclusive Home Remodeling was originally established in 1995 in Springfield Virginia. The owner of the company, Jimmy Alfaro, moved from Virginia to Charlotte in 1997 looking for new and challenging opportunities. He has worked for many well-known construction and remodeling companies such as: Dula Construction, Crown Builders, Matthews Siding and Windows, and more. Jimmy is also a preferred installer for James Hardie installation. Jimmy has taken all that he has learned from the many different assignments he has worked on. While viewing the work he does, you can see that this is his passion and he puts one hundred and ten percent in satisfying his clients. This has always been Jimmy’s dream, to add that big, or little something to your house to make it more exquisite than you could ever image! Exclusive Home Remodeling is about providing you with the quality work you deserve for the lowest price. Let us know your ideas and we will tell you ours. Let’s make your home beautiful! 4 employees. We have had the opportunity to work with Jimmy Alfaro twice and both times have been an extremely positive experience.  He is very professional and personable. He is also honest and prices his jobs fairly.  Jimmy will offer suggestions to help you decide how to proceed with a project without being pushy - he lets you make the final decision.    He even worked weekends to finish a job, with no detail too small to address.  He cleans up the areas he works in afterwards so there is no mess left behind.  We would not even consider contacting anyone else for any future home remodeling project.

Jimmy does an extremely good job.  His pricing is fair and he is a very honest person.  He takes pride in his work and it shows through with the quality of work that he delivers.  He made numerous suggestions during the renovation that improved the outcome of the project.  Now the two rooms and bathroom look brand new and the house is close to 50 years old.

This was our second time contracting with Jimmy.  In both cases he and his crew have done an excellent job in a very timely manner.  Their bid was very reasonable and their work was done in the time that was agreed.  Jimmy has become my go to contractor when it comes to remodeling work.
