Candace and her team are great. I have them come clean every month for me for the past 6 years. There is never a worry and I trust everything is done well. I love when I come back in and the house has a faint smell of Clorox. I live it. Thanks Excel!!

Very well! I love my house after the crew leaves! I have been with Candace for 2 years now and must say, I trust her and her crew to be in my home. Having had poor experiences with 2 other services in the area, it was important that they not only provide quality work, but that they have integrity as well. I will also say, I worked for my Aunt's cleaning business in High School, and again when I got out of the military while attending college - I am picky. I look at base boards, light switches, TP holders,, you get the picture. Admittedly, I am not the easiest person to please, but Candace and her crew take care of everything.

I have used Excel Cleaning Service several times, and have always found them friendly, professional, trustworthy and punctual. CANDICE CREDLE, the owner, has always worked around my schedule, and was sensitive to my needs. If there was an employee absence due to illness, she jumped right in and worked with her crew to get my cleaning done. Because her company is so popular, her voicemail fills up quickly, so I recommend sending text messages or email if you need to contact her. I wish Angie's list would return this company, as an active vendor, on the website; because I'm sure other members would be happy to post a positive review of this company.

Wonderful! They were detailed cleaning everything top to bottom.

They arrived promptly and set to work with great attitudes. Improvements were noticeable within an hour! When they were done, my entire home was sparkling clean and smelled amazing. It would have been an impossible task for me to handle alone. Would have used up an entire weekend of my time.

They did a great job!

Except for a personnel issue that Candace remedied ,it was a good job. The problem was that because of that issue it took much longer than it should have to finish.

They come monthly

The two person team did a good job cleaning two houses; one we moved out of and one we moved into. The team took directions of what needed to be done and did a thorough job. The owner stopped by to check on the crew and confirm they were doing the job correctly.

A little bit late, maybe 20-30 minutes, but besides that did a wonderful job

Arrived 2 hours late and I had to call to confirm arrival time.

Went well overall. Would have like a little more attention paid to the bathrooms but I was happy in the end.

They did a good job. We called them a week or two later. They were out pretty quickly after that. It was all good. There were a couple of baseboards that weren't quite clean. It was a pretty big house so I can understand that. They were efficient and quick, so that was nice. They could have been a little more thorough with the small details like the baseboards, but other than that they did a good job.

It went well. There was only one person and she did a great job but I feel like it would have been better if there had been more than one person. The deal I paid for said that there would be more than one person. I think more time could have been spent on each room if there had been more than one person. I was happy with the results. I have wood floors and I don't think any small furniture was moved and cleaned underneath. The floors are my least favorite to clean and I was looking forward to them being cleaned really well. I don't think it was the fault of the girl cleaning it was that she was alone and I had 2400 square feet to be deep cleaned. Overall I was very pleased.

very well. 2 girls came at 8:00 - & left at 10:30... I had a very small space to clean (2 baths, 1 bedroom, living, dining, kitchen. They did a really good job.

Only one person showed up to clean. She didn't even wipe the window sills or other areas. It definitely was not was promised.
