On time, efficient and courteous. I was impressed by the fact that Cassandra started working immediately and didn't stop until every room was completed. You can't beat her price. I'm looking for someone to come in regularly and Excel is definitely one of my top picks. I was able to get an appointment with short notice---a plus for me since another agency was unable to accommodate me!
