The service was fine. I think I expected to get more out of it, but it was fine. He was out within a week. He came out pretty quickly.

It went great! Matt was courteous, punctual and informative. I contacted him the same day and explained we had a leaky roof following heavy rain. He gave a time when he would arrive and held to it. Upon arrival he was personal, friendly and very empathatic to our needs and the urgency of the situation. He was concise on what he perceived may have caused the water damage while surveying the attic. Although, the evidence leaned toward the air conditioning unit he wanted to rule out the possibility of the roof leakage for their was light visible in our line of sight. Matt viewed the roof and found some other items but none of them related to the leakage. He did make some recommendations for the future. Matt was also kind enough to apply sealant to our awning without charge. I plan to share my positive experience with anyone who needs service or who will listen. Matt clearly wrote the book on Quality A-1 service and his information has been saved in my phone.

It looks great. He performed an amazing assessment from the cause of a leaky ceiling. It began as my family slept, he was sure to prove all possible causes and then investigate the concerns. He also provided pictures from the roof and what work may be needed in the future.

I needed a few things done on my roof. The gentleman- matt Hopkins (owner)came out to my house on time. He was profession and curtious. He was so nice and easy to deal with. I was placed at ease immediately. I received 3 quotes and he was not the lowest but based on the experience and his knowledge of the job scope I knew he could get the job right. I have very high standards and He delivered and I would recommend Evergreen to anyone who wants a quality job completed coupled with a competive cost. I will hire Evergreen for all my roofing needs going forward.
