He works primarily with contractors and he usually doesn't do work for individuals unless they are referred to him by contractors. He's professional, punctual, and a perfectionist. He has excellent quality work with excellent quality control and follow-up. His people are friendly and honest. When Nelson checks their work and when they fall short of his standards, they redo it without charging any extra.
