Landline Phone Service
tech had to get another senior tech to help.. claimed all different reasons for noise and slowness but never did get it fixed. i disconnected and have been receiving bills every month since i disconnected. they even referred me to collections. i've received bills for over $400 and each month i receive credit and promises that all is well and still i get a bill every month for "long distance service." how can there be long distance on a disconnected line? ii've had every problem in the world with these morons and have filed complaints with BBB and FCC. what does it take for these people to understand that i have NO service with them?
