Every single time they exceeded our expectations. The quality of service is superb, and their guidance of the often confusing process of real estate is a great benefit and eased our minds. Fantastic. From the very beginning four years ago until now as we sell our home, Anne, Shelley and team have always been responsive, courteous, and struck a great balance between us and the tenants. It was Elite who helped get the work done and when I asked for an update, I was so happy to hear that the repairs were done and completed and that I did not need to go there personally to do the physical inspection of the completed work. The company is great! I have been with them for almost a decade now and they have always come to my rescue. I am truly grateful that I have found a company like them who looks after my property and who responds quickly to any concerns that I have about said property.
