NOT WELL

Our Schonbek Light fixture has a major crooked tier which no one seems to want to admit too at Efirds, let alone correct.   For this type of money it needs to be corrected to our satisfaction.  If not then we need to have another one that meets our 100% satisfaction.  This is not too much to ask.  I have pictures if someone would like to see them.

I purchased a new sofa from Efird's and received excellent assistance from Marti. She was a great help with decision making in fabric selection. The sofa arrived two weeks earlier than promised. The delivery men were courteous and on time. The sofa arrived exactly as I ordered it. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service I received.

Efird's pricing is competitive. I picked up the tables myself, rather than pay for delivery. I noticed that one of the tables was very dusty, but didn't say anything. They were loaded into my car and wrapped very carefully by Efird's. When I went to unload them, I noticed numerous scratches on the legs of the dusty table. (Shame on me for not inspecting them more closely before accepting them.) I immediately called Efird's and the pleasant attitude of the salesperson I had so far experienced suddenly disappeared. I was told that I must have caused the scratches, which was impossible. I asked why the table was so dusty, and if it had been a floor model. I was told it was not, but they did not have a good explanation for all the dust. They allowed me to return the table so they could repair the scratches, and they did a good job. I can't help feeling, however, that I was ripped off by purchasing a floor model without my knowledge.

Their practice of ordering a fixture (one that they have in the showroom, but not allowing you to purchase it nor allowing returns or credit when you order the same fixture), is poor customer service.

They have the best selection of lighting in town and the prices are competitive with Home Depot and Lowe's with about 20 times the variety. I put a deposit of half on a beautiful large entry foyer light. It was only $378. It took about a month to come in, but they were willing to take a display down, but I needed a very long chain for my high ceilings. Pat is very helpful and can tell you exactly what you need for each room. I also got a beautiful rustic looking light fixture for the kitchen island. It was on sale and very beautiful. I highly recommend Efird's for lighting and customer service.

AFTER COMPLAINING TO OWNER (TOOK SEVERAL PHONE CALLS)AND FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB, WE FINALLY GOT A REFUND 3+ WEEKS AFTER SOFA WAS RETURNED.

EFIRD'S HAD A HUGE SELECTION ON THE FLOOR AND THEIR PRICES WERE BETTER THAN MOST SHOWROOMS I HAD BEEN TOO. VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE SALES STAFF!

WAS SENT TO EFIRD'S BY MY BUILDER. THE SELECTION WAS OKAY - NOTHING SPECIAL. THE SALES PERSON WAS HOPELESS. SHE WAS UNABLE TO ANSWER MOST OF MY QUESTIONS. THE TWO PAGE QUOTE SHE FINALLY SUBMITTED MADE NO SENSE, NOR DID SHE BOTHER TO EXPLAIN ANY OF IT. I BOUGHT ONE ITEM FROM EFIRD'S AND BOUGHT THE REST FROM ANOTHER STORE.

EVERYTHING WAS FINE, BUT I DID FIND IDENTICAL FURNITURE IN OTHER STORES FOR LESS MONEY.

SHE CAME UP WITH SOME THINGS I NEED AND HELPED ME WITH THE FABRIC. I FELT COMFORTABLE AND SHE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE. WHEN I WENT BACK, THEY HAD SOME THINGS ALREADY PICKED OUT FOR ME SO I COULD MAKE CHOICE.
