ECOSCAPE/GREENLAWN LANDSCAPE & IRRIGATION

This company, which has an office and service staff in the Triangle (Raleigh) area, is so unresponsive and so incompetent as to be amusing. A fence installer broke a couple of my irrigation lines. They took days to respond back to any request for help. They came out without notice to fix it, left without telling me it was fixed, and of course, it was not fixed.The same thing happened again. And then almost a third time until I had enough. Disgusting. A call to the company president wound up with him telling me I was "uneducated." Okay. I got it.

Once somebody got out the issue was resolved the Technician was knowledgeable and professional.

The project contact guy showed me some design on paper which was a 2 D version. When it came out it was exactly as they agreed upon. It was nothing like I envisioned. They did a good job of keeping me in the loop and completing the task in the given time frame.

Poor. They sent 2 people over that did not speak English and arrived one day late and the same day that the pool people arrived. They did a poor job of installing and moving the drip hoses and we lost 7 plants as a result. They were going to come back and re-install the irrigation system after the pool work was done but I did not trust the quality of their work so I canceled it.

Never responded to email request.

Overall good service. A little bit pricey.

Note that the current representative was not the representative on our project. Representative was very knowledgeable. It took a very long time from bid/acceptance to install - almost too late in the year. We were told the delay was due to weather - it was a wet year but the delay was to the point where we should have waited until after winter. Yard grading was well done. The crew worked extremely hard to install the sod. The sod was delivered late (not Greenlawn's fault), so the crew had to install in very heavy rain. End result was good except for a few rain ruts. Tree removal and installation was awesome. Tree grew beautifully. I don't think we were given the best advice on the best path to take with our yard. We should not have been advised to install sod without an irrigation system, more top soil should have been used. Installation should have been delayed until spring. The seed never took, they had to redo in the spring.

NOT AS FINE TUNED AS THEY USE TO BE. THEY ARE DEPENDABLE. COST IS PER MONTH.
