I have a service agreement with them. I like them. Their responsiveness is very good. This company was referred to me by a neighbor. Generally it's the same person who comes out.

He was recommended to us by some friends that had used him. That is when we started with him. He is very personable. He is prompt, he deals well with people. He has two dogs that he brings.

We have used this company for about 14 years now since we've been here. We just continue with them. We have a contract with them, like a maintenance agreement. It was under the maintenance agreement with no cost.

Great service, explained charges well, and doesn't suggest expensive work.

One of our AC units was not working.  Bill Eastridge came out the same day and repaired the unit.  Also checked and replenished coolant in both units.  Very prompt and professional service.

I was given the appointment time I wanted, and he arrived as scheduled.

Eastridge was recommended by my Mother. We were as pleased as she has been for years. This will be our permanent heat and air company.

We contacted Bill on a Tuesday afternoon. Despite the fact that he had to unexpectedly replace his work truck the next day, he still agreed to meet with us early on Thursday. Bill and his assistant arrived a few minutes before our scheduled appointment time. Both were professional and and courteous thoughout the process. Bil used "state of the art" equipment while testing and analyzing both systems. He patiently answered all of our questions. He gave many helpful suggestions to keep the systems running efficiently. We would highly recommend Bill. Once we find the right house to buy, we will use him for all of our future HVAC needs.

Their visit went fine.  I have two furnaces, one for upstairs and one for downstairs.  I have him come out during fall and spring to check them and when he came to do the fall check for the heating system he noticed that the furnace in the upstairs was not working.  It was heating badly and was a fire hazard at that point, so we had to have it replaced.  We have dealt with them for years.   He used to be the service manager for Milner Heating and the Milner’s were our neighbors.  He then went off on his own and we have used him since then.  He has been very reliable and responsive.  I have never done a price comparison, and I think he is fair priced.  They were a little slow in getting back to do some duct work.  I will use them again in the future.

I had a maintenance contract with him. I had some problem with the air conditioner. Before I hired him, he talked to me and gave me some suggestions regarding the problem. Another company had told me that I had to replace the air conditioner. His contract cost much lesser than other companies. He was very informative and helpful. He was more interested in helping me, instead of making money. I will use him in the future.

They are extremely responsive, knowledgeable and punctual. They have always been available for me, even on weekends. I would highly recommend them to other people.

Instead of trying to get us to buy a new unit, they suggested that we get more insulation. I feel this company is excellent and does what is best for the customer.

HAVE WORKED WITH THE OWNER FOR FIVE YEARS, LAST YEAR HE OPENED HIS OWN SHOP. VERY PUNCTUAL, AND COMMUNICATES WELL, GREAT ABOUT EXPLAINING WHAT HE'S DOING, GOOD PRICE. CALLS IF HE'S GOING TO BE LATE.
