ER Plumbing went out of their way to find and repair a leak in a gas line so we could have our service restored before the weekend.

***BEWARE*** E.R. Plumbing Services quoted my 86 year old mother $825 (plus the $95 diagnostic fee) to replace her kitchen sink faucet. They said the faucet would be about $125 and the labor would be $700. I found a comparable faucet on Lowe's website for $50, and I scoured internet forums for the highest quote any other plumber stated they would charge to replace a kitchen faucet and the most expensive was $300. This business is price gouging elderly clients. Thank God my mother called me before they did the repairs. I paid the $95 diagnostic fee and fired E.R. Plumbing Services. Will never hire them again.

Excellent experience. Noah H was knowledgeable, friendly, and Trustworthy. He thoroughly explained what needed to be replaced on the 10 yr old water heater and why. I expected to hear it needed to be replaced. Only a few items had to be replaced and the price even with the service fee was reasonable and much better than I expected. I highly recommend E R Plumbing, Noah H. and will use them again.

ER Plumbing was prompt in scheduling initial visit and repair visit. The crew was very courteous and professional. They completed the repair expeditiously. They repaired and cleaned the area to its original state.

We left a message for ER Plumbing Services on Sunday, and they called back promptly Monday morning. Garrett from ER was out here before noon and took care of all our plumbing needs superbly and thoroughly! We've used ER Plumbing in the past and will do so again.

They replaced the disposal with a new unit but did not connect it to the dishwasher properly. The dishwasher is unable to drain. A follow-up call was required

Garrett Helms and another E.R Plumbing Services crew arrived promptly , they were very cordial, they worked very efficient and professional. They provided me great information along the way as to what was going on and what were they doing and they cleaned up after themselves. Garrett Helms explained the entire project that was completed.
