OUR FURNACE WENT OUT. WE CALLED TO HAVE THEM COME OUT AN FIX IT. THE DIDNT SHOW UP THE FIRST DAY AND WHEN WE CALLED TO CHECK WERE TOLD THEYD HAD TO SERVE THEIR CUSTOMERS ON QUEENS ROAD FIRST. THEY DID THE SAME THING THE SECOND AND THIRD DAY. THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND GAVE US THE RUN AROUND.

HAVE USED THEM SINCE 1966! OIL FURNACE REPLACED, CENTRAL AIR INSTALLED & LATER REPLACED. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK, WON'T BE CHEAP BUT GET THE WORK DONE. HAVE EVEN COME ON HOLIDAYS. CAN'T COMPLAIN, SATISFACTORY.
