Contacted Mr Dulin about the repair. He came out and gave an estimate that I was quite pleased with. I was in no hurry to schedule the work so time frame is a non-factor. Work was completed in a few hours once the contractors came out. Mr. Dulin did get me his insurance information which took a little longer than expected but it all worked out in the end. The guys did quality work and the estimate came well under the price I was quoted by other contractors. A lot of companies are very hesitant to touch the bandsill but Dulin is not. I really appreciated the time they took to explain everything they would do and how to prevent it from happening in the future. I would recommend them to others. I've been very pleased.

This was a major job these guys did! They did excellent work and we would hire them or recommend them in a heart beat. Our house is over eighty years old and all the floors had become uneven and they were getting worse over time. The work they did was amazing and so was their clean up. We now have level floors again. We are not only pleased with their work but grateful to these wonderful people.

Mike and his crew are hard workers. Overall it was a positive experience. I knew this job could involve a lot of work, and unfortunately it proved true when the work proceeded. Despite spending more than I anticipated or wanted to on this project, I enjoyed working with the company. I will use them again for structural repairs on other properties.
