If you are a new customer, you can get a really good deal. A bulb that would cost $25 at Home Depot or Lowe's, I can get for six bucks.
If they use Duke as a power provider, they should definitely go online and take advantage of that program. The bulbs are typically 1/4 or 1/3 to what you would pay otherwise.

They keep the lights on and they keep the gas coming. They are the only choice for power company down here.

I would give the company an A overall. I would not ask anyone else to come in because I know they need the job. The agent did not ask any probing questions, so there was nothing to transcribe.
