Great! I had some black mold on the air register openings. They cleaned the surfaces and vacuumed the duct for the first time. I believe this to be an honest company who gives you what you need and charges a fair price for it. These are getting to be fewer since I first became a home owner some 40 years ago.

A different company said I had mold in my ductwork and quoted me close to $9000 for all of the work. I contacted Rob through Angie's List and he was able to come out within 2 days. He crawled under the house and let me know they were trying to rip me off. I hired his company to sanitize my system and clean the dryer vent. Darryl and Jon were great! Very professional, answered all my questions, and cleaned up after themselves. The whole process took less than 2 hours.

Fine job had some cleanup to do after they left but I’m extremely satisfied with the work.

While they arrived an hour after appointed time, they did call to let me know they were running late. They did finish within the time that was allotted for the work. The work was very good.

We have 2 systems, one downstairs and one upstairs. He said the upstairs did not need cleaning but the downstairs did. I value honesty in the companies I hire so that was appreciated. Not everyone would do that. Some would just charge you for both whether you needed it or not. This company did not. I liked doing business with them because...they arrived on time, worked hard while they were here, cleaned up afterward, were respectful in the home and did what they said they would do, and charged what they said they would charge. Works for me!

Glad I found their coupon - good guys, very professional ownership, showed up at time we agreed to and service was quick. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Very happy with the work performed by Ductz of South Charlotte.  The crew arrived on time.  Very careful with the interior of my home.  The cleaning crew was personable and professional.  Did a thorough cleaning job the air ducts and dryer vent. 
The company cleaned the dryer vent of the home I am selling at no additional cost.

After much success with a prior dryer vent cleaning,we had these guys back to do all the HVAC ducts after our remodel was finished.  After seeing the amount of stuff sucked out, boy are we glad we had this done.

They're a tad pricy compared to some of the other providers who offer the same service, but have the proper certifications and know how to get 'er done right.  Considering the amount of sawdust and whatever else got kicked up during the remodel, I wanted the job done correctly.  These guys didn't let us down.  They hauled in some big ol' machinery, hooked up to the HVAC unit in the attic first and turned on the suction while they went around and flushed out all the nastiness from the vents and ductwork.  Rinse and repeat for the unit for the 1st floor.

Worth it in the end.  We're breathing easier already.

We purchased a new (used) home and put a brand spankin' new washer & dryer in.  First load and the dryer warns us to clean the vent.  Uh oh.  Nobody wants their house to light up right after buying it - lint fires are the number one cause of household fires in America, after all.
We called up DUCTZ on Monday and they said they could come out between 11-12am on Tuesday and do the job for a fixed price and here's the cost.  Next day service and a fixed price?  Sold.
They showed up on time (11:45) and were quick, professional and pulled out a lot of black lint (looks like we were a dryer load away from a fire!).
Will definitely use again!

Rob was timely to provide the estimate and gave a very good description of the work his team would be doing and what to expect. We were able to schedule the following week. His team arrived timely, was very professional and respectful of taking their shoes off and cleaning up their work area. They spent 2 hours cleaning the vents which made me feel they were very thorough. I work from home and it was especially nice that his team was respectful of this, being as quiet as possible, not coming in the room when I was on the phone, etc. I also have a dog in the house and they worked around her just fine. The estimate seemed pricey at first compared to the million groupons I have seen but you pay for what you get. The overall experience was worth the cost. I would recommend Rob and his team to a friend.
