Terrific. The techs were polite and really knew what they were talking about. I wasn't hit up for a bunch of "extra" costs at the end. I would recommend to anyone.
Description of Work
Cleaned the entire system. Cleaned the vents and got rid of some mold around two of my vents. Repaired some duct work to one of my vents that had become completely detached that I didn't even know about.

They came out and showed us what our problem was and how to prevent this in the future. I was very pleased with the service. They found mold in our air ducts and I already have breathing problems. After he finished we could tell the difference in the air and I am breathing a lot better. I would highly recommend those young men. My doctor said that could have been the reason I was having breathing problems. They were so nice and it only took them about a hour to complete the job. I will give them A's across the board. I was real impressed with them. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

Everything was done as promised. Mr. Lamphear and his associate were very professional and friendly. They did their job and completed the work a little quicker than promised. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a trace of their visit except leaving my home smelling fresh and clean. What a difference this service made! This was a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend Phil Lamphear at Duct Doctor

I called Duct Doctor for a free estimate to clean the duct work in my 43yr. home. Phil Lamphear was very friendly and professional. He took my information and gave a very fair price quote. He explained to me the entire process and what to expect. And what I needed to do to help them access all heating vents in my home. Mr. Lamphear and an associate arrived on time and proceeded to go to work. They did a comprehensive inspection of my crawl space and ductwork, looking for any traces of mold and mildew. They laid down protective "drop cloths" to protect my carpets. They brought in the hoses and proceeded to clean out all the duct work in my home. They did not rush and were very thorough. They resecured all the vent registers.
