Mold Remediation, Mold Testing
They responded to my inquiry right away and their price was lower than most of the other bids. It wasn't the lowest, but because their certifications, proposal , follow through on the front end , and their guarantees/warranty were the most professional, we went with this company. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Ladd, who is the owner, was friendly, professional. He came out and did the inspection to write up the proposal. I wanted them to do an air sample. They take three samples, two indoor and one outdoor. I needed my laundry room treated , which they took care of completely. They came when they said they would, were clean and thorough when in my home. They seemed to follow mold "protocol" protecting the rest of our home while they worked. It all took the fear out of dealing with a mold issue. I would definitely recommend them or use them again.
