He did a great job! He was neat and clean. He lived up to his A rating reputation!

We have used Drew Pappas for years. to The crew comes in prepared, efficient, focused and courteous. This year we also had them come clean off the travertine around our pool so we could have it sealed. They were careful, conscientious with the porous nature of the stone and did not let any of the wash off end up in the pool. Once sealed it looked brand new again. This can be a time consuming project since you have to move slowly to get all parts of the store clean. Drew takes great pride in his company and is always ready to work with his customers on scheduling, staffing and the competed project. I love opening my windows to the fall night air after they have serviced our house, it is so relaxing to hear the leaves and wind!

They were very efficient and hard working. It took all of one day for a crew of several to complete. I was happy with the cleanliness of the windows overall. I was disappointed in the way they left the windows as far as clean up was concerned. Some of my windows were painted shut and they had to chip away at paint and caulk in order to try and open them. They were successful in opening a few of the windows but not all. In all cases, they left all of the mess that they had created. I have had painters, cabinet makers, installers come to my house many times and every time they clean up after themselves. This group did not. They also left some dirt in between the windows and storm windows in some cases. I called Drew Pappas to complain about this and he was extremely apologetic and had someone come over almost immediately. Overall, I was very pleased with the work but would have liked them to clean up better after themselves, both inside and outside.

They returned my call promptly, and the price was in the range of the other estimates I received. He was very nice over the phone.

Very professional crew arrived on time and was very efficient. Only quibble was they forgot to dispose of the trash bags, but that is minor.

THE YOUNG MEN CAME THE DAY AFTER I CALLED; THEY WERE VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND EFFICIENT. AFTER THEY LEFT THERE WAS ONE SECTION OF GUTTER THAT CONTINUED TO OVERFLOW DURING A HEAVY RAIN. UPON CONTACTING MR. PAPPAS, WHO EXPRESSED CHAGRIN AT THE JOB NOT BEING DONE CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME, ANOTHER YOUNG MAN WAS DISPATCHED AND THE PROBLEM WAS SATISFACTORILY CORRECTED. WE'VE HAD SEVERAL HEAVY DOWNPOURS SINCE THE GUTTERS WERE CLEANED, AND THEY FUNCTIONED AS THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO WITH NO OVERFLOW.

ON TIME, GREAT WORK, GOOD PRICE! WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED.

THEY WERE GREAT! ON TIME, DID THEIR WORK VERY PROFESSIONALLY AND WERE GREAT TO DEAL WITH. I CALLED 3 COMPANIES AND THEY CAME IN AT THE BEST PRICE.

HAD SOME DISAGREEMENT ON THE PRICE FOR HIS SERVICES AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE. MR. PAPPAS GAVE ME THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT AND LOWERED THE PRICE. HE DID NOT WANT TO LOSE A CUSTOMER OVER A FEW DOLLARS.

DREW WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO FIT US INTO HIS BUSY SCHEDULE AT LAST MINUTE. I WAS NOT AT HOME WHEN HE CAME BUT MY SON WAS. DREW NEVER ASKED FOR HIS CHECK, BUT MAILED US A BILL. I WOULD CERTAINLY USE HIM AGAIN.

DO GOOD WORK VERY QUICKLY. PRICE WAS MORE THAN QUOTE. ONLY COMPLAINT WAS DIRT LEFT ON FLOOR AFTER CLEANING CEILING FAN.

QUICK AND FAIR ESTIMATE. EMPLOYEES WHO PERFORMED THE WORK WERE COURTEOUS, KIND TO MY CHILDREN, AND HARD WORKING. I APPRECIATED THAT THEY SCRAPED ALL OLD PAINT AND CLEANED DUST AND BUGS IN WINDOW SILLS BETWEEN STORMS, ETC.

EXCELLENT WORK AND PROFESSIONALISM. ALL WINDOWS WERE SCRAPED AND WASHED- A REAL PLUS.

CAME OUT ON TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB. I WILL USE HIM AGAIN.
