We first contacted Eric @ Done by K for the door situation. We had messed up the frame and couldn't get the replacement door in so had a gaping hole. He was able to come out very quickly, given the situation, and the worked well past normal working hours to complete the job. He designed and built the replacement gate that was dragging and not locking. For the leak he came out twice as the first time the leak couldn't be detected (several days past last rain).
His pricing is beyond reasonable, so reasonable I normally end up paying extra!

Responded in timely fashion. Gave accurate quote. Discussed all options with me, from low cost to complete warranty service, and was honest about all of the pros and cons. Completed various projects on time and on budget. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will use him again and again, for all my handyman needs.
