What a great experience it was working with Anne Leighton from Don Anthony Realty. Not only is she very familiar with the area but she is so very good at negotiating and has a thorough understanding of the overall process and laws related to real estate. Being relatively new to the area (NC) I leaned on her knowledge and felt confident in doing so. I also want to mention that Anne has a very pleasing personality and is a pleasure to work with from that perspective as well. She always responded to any email, text or phone call promptly and also called to check in as needed. One thing that I think I like the most, and probably needed the most, was her ability to "reel me in". When we first started the process we discussed my must haves, nice to haves as well as the "do not wants". It is easy to get excited (or overwhelmed) when looking at houses and as I am sure you know, it can be an emotional experience (not to mention emotionally draining). Anne was great at reminding me of what I did and did not want on a few occasions when I seemed to have forgotten or ignored them while getting caught up in house hunting. For that I am thankful because I ended up with a home that captured all my "must haves" and even a few "like to haves". I would highly recommend Anne to others (and I have) and I wanted to let you know what a great agent she is.

We have been so happy with our experience using Don Anthony Realty. We have worked with Don Anthony Realty to sell two houses. The value for the service and support we received was exceptional. Each of his team members had excellent customer service and always took the time to answer our questions and provide help when we needed it. We had some previous experience with buying houses but this was our first time selling and we decided to sell two homes at the same time. At first we tried to go with a very basic company that only listed our home and then we did everything else. After a frustrating first month with no offers and no support, we found Don Anthony Realty and switched thinking they might be the perfect fit. After listing with them we were able to sell our homes for a great prices quickly! One of the closings ran into a few issues due to the buyer, it became very stressful and we were so relieved and happy to have the professional support of Don Anthony and his team. It's nice to have a Realtor who is supportive when everything goes well like it did with the first house, it's even better to have an entire team who is on your side when things get complicated due to circumstances completely out of your control. Their professional support really guided us when we needed it the most. They really came through for us and went above and beyond and led us to two successful closings. We felt we had as much support as we would have had from another Realtor, only Don Anthony Realty does it for a great price. We loved our experience and will use them again.

Leigh Anne was our pillar of strength when the going got rough. Her professional skills in feeling the emotions we experienced, especially from my husband, and responding to our needs helped us in a big way. She was always on top of the process and guiding us even when we felt like backing away from it all. The encouragement to continue to show the condo as the holidays approached was what we needed in our unique selling situation. The videos and helpful links to the selling process made us feel that we were never alone. The teamwork and communication to your clients were things that amazed me .And while the stress continues to go on until closing takes place, it is soothing to know that you are there to follow up with us when our minds are a million miles away!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Smooth process from start to finish. My emails/questions were always answered within the same business day, and Lord knows I had lots of them. Lol. The whole team was professional, kind & patient through this whole process. Excellent job!!

Did a LOT of research online before choosing Don Anthony, and I am so happy we did! They use a very streamlined process, from a seller's point of view. It was AFFORDABLE (aka FAIR pricing for a realtor service) and very simple to use and get through the selling process! I will say that if you want your realtor to be calling you daily, stopping by your house, and constantly at your beck and call, then you should pay for a full-service realtor. We saved almost $11,000 using Don Anthony and we needed that money towards down payment of a new home, NOT extra cash handed over for a little hand-holding! DA uses email communication, a phone-app, and a website with tons of FAQ's to help you through the selling process. If I had questions, I emailed them. They answered by the next day, most times before that! During contract negotiations, they offered input - it might have been nice to have a LITTLE more help during that process, but I used the agent who signed us up (she had given her card AND I agreed to use her - Tracie Zenahl (awesome agent) as a buyer-agent). She (with DA Realty) was very helpful and offered that extra bit of consultation/advice when I needed it. Don's office gals, Rose & Angela are SO fast with getting back via email (they WILL call you during contract negotiation if you want to speak to them!). I often had email replies into the late evening hours...they are REALLY trying to help get you the help you need! This was our 2nd selling experience, and we used a 'discount realtor' before and were very pleased. I advise you offer the 3% to buying agents, we had NO shortage of showings and were able to sell within a few months with no issues. We'll be calling DA again someday when it's time to sell again!
