It is hard to find a place for haircut when you moved. I wanted a master cutter and I got one and her name is Mandy; she is amazing. It is the best haircut I've had in ten years, fantastic. The salon is clean, great, nice and beautiful. They are friendly. She gave me an excellent razor cut which I haven't had in many years and she did exactly what I wanted.

They are excellent and they use good products. They are really professional and do great job. Usually I am taken in right away and they get me a cup of tea.

My stylists name was Scott. He gave me a lovely razor cut with many layers. The coloring is beautiful and the highlights are braided in all the way to the roots. Anyone with short hair, I would highly recommend him. There are different levels of stylists, he is considered to be a master stylist. I just recently moved to this area and the first two stylists I found chopped my hair up. I am so glad to have found Scott.

My experience was very good. They are good listeners. They want to make sure my hair is right.

Their rush too much and the staff is not very friendly. Manicure is the only one nice on here she did good job.overall i don't recommend this salon. Just skip

The experience has been great! It's easy to schedule an appointment. Samantha is on time and really listens to what I want to do. It's an Aveda salon and their products are good. I've never had a problem with them!

A routine color and cut was not executed properly. Grays were not covered, the color was not pulled through to remove the brassy hue, my forehead was stained by the application, the and quot;seniorand quot; stylist was rude. When I questioned the supervisor about my hair, she turned the conversation into a spectacle for the rest of the salon. I was embarrassed and humiliated in front of the entire salon. They never offered to fix it but just wanted to justify the poor work. The manager did nothing. I had to go to another salon the next day to have my hair fixed. They couldn't believe how badly I'd been treated and how bad my hair looked. I paid $120 and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to have this refunded. I would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone.

I had been getting my hair cut by one of their students. I didn't realize that the students are still in training. She had cut my hair and both of my daughters hair. My oldest daughter wanted a trim. She thinned her hair and added a lot of layers, despite the fact that my daughter said she was letting her hair grow out. My daughter was not happy with the hair cut at all!
The next time that she cut my hair, she cut the top half of the hair on the left side of my head three inches long. I immediately told her to stop. We were done. I had a consultation with the lady in charge of education at this location. I just wanted her to see what had been done to my hair. I refused any other service at that time. I also refused to come back in the future for them to and quot;fixand quot; it.

It took six months for my hair to grow back to a reasonable length on the left side of my head. I wore my hair pulled back the entire six months. It took an entire year for it to grow back to the length I had it before that haircut.

I had repeatedly told the stylist that I didn't want my hair to be thinned (although, thinned isn't what she tried to do to my hair). My daughter also. This stylist didn't listen and cut both of our hair the way she wanted to.

I had the best experience! I went to Erica A and she did a fasntastic job. I wanted a change, so I went in with a pciture of a fun new hairstle and also a few ideas about changing my hair color from blonde highlites to dark brown hair all-over. Erica A picked out the best color and it looks fantastic. I have receives so many compliments. She also did a fantastic job with the haircut and she even explained to me how to style it, which is so nice that I can now re-create the style at home.

They were very professional. They greeted me at the desk in a very friendly manner. The stylist conferred with me to see what I wanted and how the hairstyle would work for my face. Plus she gave very helpful tips on how to get the look at home.

I was looking for a new stylist and a friend referred me to Christine at Dolce Lusso. I needed a haircut and color. Christine did a fabulous job and explained my color options and really cared about what I wanted and needed. We also discussed future options for color and cut. The cut and color are awesome and Christine is terrific. I'd highly recommend Christine and Dolce Lusso and have scheduled my next appointment in six weeks.

I liked a lady there by the name of Marci who is very good, so I went there. I spent $25 for the basic manicure and I added a paraffin wax treatment. I think it a very nice saloon and they are very personable and on time. They are very clean with everything they do.
