Unprofessional pulled workers off my job before completed to work on another job. They did come back to finish job. Was charged for removing some of old insulation when in fact company did not remove it. Would not make good on over charge.

The process went very well. Zak was very helpful and help showed up as scheduled. Dodson trenched the perimeter of the house and all went well without any problems.

Excellent. We get every-other-month pest treatment from Dodson. Also get an annual termite inspection. Very happy with the pest control service. On the last termite inspection, the tech also did a quick crawlspace inspection. He noted that our sump pump was not working. I was unaware of the problem. Can't fix what you don't know about. Job well done.....

They came in, the guy went into the crawlspace with a flashlight and checked for everything inside and out as well as he could. I would say the professionalism and effectiveness was A quality. We never had a problem with bugs when we moved in so i would say he did a good inspection.

They are very nice and accommodating. I have a year's contract with them and each service is $46, but they take the payment in advance. They are flexible with timings and come in between visits if I call them in case of any problems. They are always very nice and I never had to go to anyone else. They did a termite service about 12 years ago and I never had them back again. They are very good with the treatment for termites.

We have been using them for years. They are very prompt. They know what they are doing. They are very polite. They are very nice people to work with. They also put down a moisture barrier under the house and they did a great job on that. They do good work.

Dodson came over and checked property for termites. Found said termite entry points and gave estimate for treatment which was competitive with other estimates received. I had only heard good things about Dodson and found these expectations true. They gave me an estimate nad the work was literally done before I knew it (it was all outdoors so they came by and did it the first moment they found in their schedule). I will definitely stick by them for future pest issues.

All they do is check to see if there is any damage from termites. Their price is fair and less than we used to pay. They don't seem to want to be in your pocket. They were very responsive and they gave me what I thought was a reasonable price so I went with them. They were good and professional and we will continue to use them in the future.

They are wonderful. I had a mouse problem, which was not my original concern. He went out and bought special traps for me right before Thanksgiving. The problem is now under control. They are just super!

We have an annual contract with them. I really had good experiences with them. I have been using them for about 10 years. The people who come are courteous, punctual and helpful. I feel very weird about the pests and they take care of everything. They come every month. If you need any services in between they do it free of cost. The people who work in this company are genuinely polite and respectful. I appreciate them a lot.

I have been using them for a long time and their service has been excellent. They are very nice, polite and accommodating. They took care of the termites 9 years ago and since then I have had no such problems again. They are extremely responsive and always available for me whenever I call them.

The initial representative was prompt and courteous and wasn't pushy at all. I wasn't here when they did the work; I would have preferred to be here. The work is still not completed (this is my fault to some degree for the termites) with the pest control. I have to call them back because I'm having moth problems. I was also having mice problems that they couldn't find the point of entry on, which is what they were supposed to do, thus this problem is still not solved.

Kevin is very friendly, helpful and professional. During the process of buying our home, a different termite inspector found live termites in a portion of the siding of our detached garage. The previous homeowner had a termite contract with another company, so they came out and treated the garage. However, after only 1 years of the supposed other company treatment, we saw a huge swarm of termites in our garage one day. I had heard about Dodson Brothers and, after reading some information on their website, I decided to give them a call. Kevin was able to come out and do a free inspection and price quote the same day I called. Kevin explained that Dodson uses a top-of-the-line termite treatment product and did a great job of explaining the entire treatment process and the differences in their treatment vs. another company etc. Kevin has always been very prompt with returning my phone calls and answered all of our questions thoroughly.

Many, many complaints about the quality of our service. Calls went unreturned. Service was inconsistent. Service was sub-par. Suffice it to say I'm not happy PAYING this company and looking out the windows at mega-spiders hanging from the soffits.

Mr. Taylor came out on time and provided me an honest quote. I had another Company come out and they wanted to take me to the cleaners (Wanted me to have a sump pump installed and french drain installed). Mr. Taylor recommended only a replacement of the barrier and to remember to open and close the vents per season. ( I asked them if they could install the automatic vents) When they did the work, they came out on time and worked all day non-stop. When they finished, they had removed all debris, and the crawl space looked immaculate. I would definitely use them again

PHIL SHAPIRO FRIENDLY AND PLEASANT. HE SPRAYED INSIDE AND OUTSIDE AS A PREVENTATIVE MEASURE. HE USES A NON-AEROSOL FORMULA INSIDE DUE TO SMALL CHILDREN.
