The work was recently done. So far no more termite tubes. They did a good job. Except for the dust left from drilling, you wouldn't know they had been there! The only hiccup was that the office didn't pass along the instructions I left as to how to get into my garage. They eventually got that straightened out however.

We have been using them forever. They come out annually. We have been very pleased with them. We had a pest problem and they took care of it like they said they would. They come out once a year. They have always done a good job and been honest and reliable. We had a termite source and could never find the source. They found it and took care of it, quickly and efficiently. We were pleased with the way they handled it. They always call us in advance, set up the appointment, and always show up when they say they will. They do the job that they say they will and we have not had any problems. I will continue to use them.

I liked them because when they said they would call ahead they called ahead. They kind of made through that, and they confirmed it first. I thought their rate was reasonable. When I asked them to do certain areas, they adhered to that without question. I didn't see any results because I had mice in the garage. They would lay out traps, but I never saw any mice on the traps and I know I had mice in there. The materials that they used didn't seem to address my specific concern, so I recently canceled their services. I would probably consider using them again in the future.

It's reliable. It's sometimes kind tough to work with their schedule because my husband and I travel a lot. They will call and say they are coming so if they come when we aren't here they will treat the outside; that's not sometimes great because sometimes it would be nice to have the inside done too. If I do see any bugs they will come right out.

The agent comes and sweeps cobwebs on the outside of the house, sprays the foundation and sprays inside the house with a solution that is nonharmful for my pets. If there is a problem between visits, they will come for no extra charge. The quality of service depends entirely upon the service agent who comes. Danny has been excellent! Others have not been so excellent. They tried to change agents on me because of territory and I did not care for the agent that they tried to give to me. When I told them that I was going to switch to another pest control company, they switched Danny back to me.

They are good, but sometimes, there is a challenge with scheduling. I have no other problems. They have dispatch areas in different locations. I would rate them highly.

They are timely. They come out periodically and spray the house. They come 4 times a year. I spend $89 a visit. I would continue to use them in the future.
