Had to call several times for incorrect charges on my bill, frequent loss of service and overall bill amount changing and increasing monthly. Always took over an hour on the phone to get anything resolved only to have to call again the next month when the bill came in again. Quality of satellite service was horrible, always lost service even when mild rain or wind. Would not do business with them again mostly based on the constant hassle.

It was great. The gentleman that came out was very professional and went over everything with me before he left.

The installation was fantastic, and the service is awesome. We had always been cable users before this recent move, and we love DISH. we wish we had chosen it long ago.

Neil Lee is the owner of and quot;NEIL'S SATILITEand quot;. He installs for Dish Network in the Chester County area. Neil provides great personal customer service. When you call, Neil answers the phone. He is happy to help you in any way he can with satilite problems. Most of the time he can tell you what the problem is over the phone. If pushing a few buttons does not do the trick, Neil will come out to your home promptly and make repairs.
