DISCOUNT FLOOR COVERING OUTLET

The sales lady was great. We never had a problem until the install day. The twp guys doing the installation were nice and knew pretty much what they were doing, but it was never stated to us flooring virgins that we may want to cover our fabric couch, loveseat and easychair. While the flooring was cut outside, they needed to use a jamsaw in order to cut the drywall for a perfect looking fit. This and the fact the guys never bothered to blow off much of the dust created by the tablesaw and tracked dust into our house. While the guys were working, the owner called me and asked if he and a TV crew could come over and shoot a spot. I said okay. The owner drives up in a Corvette with a TV Crew in a seperate SUV. The Corvette irked me to say the least. Much of our dust was green dust for the better part of a month. We even had to have our ducts blown out in order to stop the dust from recirculating within the house. When we called to talk to the owner about this problem, he never called us back. Ever! I later saw the owner in a HUGE Hummer, again this irked me. I was taken aback at the blatant display of wealth he showed when he drove up to my home. By the way, I really love the flooring and I paid about the same price I would if I had used any other company.

Everything went perfectly. The installer was very detail oriented... tiles were turned at an angle and he made it look great. Showed up exactly when scheduled and you couldn't tell he had ever been there.
