Ms. Lea did not show up for the appointment scheduled on 7-13-12, which she scheduled earlier the same day. Claimed that she called Centralized Showing Service 45 minutes into the showing time to say she was running late and wouldn't be showing up. Centralized Showing did not have a record of the call. Ms. Lea called Centralized Showing again on 7-13-12 in the evening to schedule for 7-14-12. We once again left the house and Ms. Lea never showed. 
She is extremely unprofessional and apparently does not understand how inconsiderate it is to schedule an appointment and then not show up. She wasted two days of our time and was not even considerate enough to make a phone call.
She has a phone because she called to get our gate code and then still didn't show up.
We even went to the extent of asking Centralized Showing to ask her to give us a courtesy call if she was not showing up and she still did not call.

She is a very good real estate agent.  She is honest and works extremely hard for her clients.  She is always available. 

The "market analysis" performed by the agent was very poor. It mostly consisted of a price and listing of other homes for sale in our area. It was clear that she spent less than 10 minutes on this. The lack of attention to details was surprising given how bad the market is now and how much the agents need jobs now (I assume). She won't be getting my business.
