They were really good and top quality.

They are dependable. I don't think there's anything about their service that I dislike.

All the work was preformed and the stone steps I requested look great. I am new to Charlotte and am not familiar with they type of plants that do well with the area and climate. They recommended plants that the deer love to eat and I live in deer territory, it would have been nice to know that I was buying deer food, not landscaping. Needless to say my new plants are eaten even after spraying deer repellant almost daily. When I originally noticed that my new plants were being eaten, I asked them for suggestions and only got a sarcastic response to go buy insecticide. Their responsiveness is non existent, my landscaping looks terrible less than 1 month after completion. Very poor communication with customer, they do not keep you informed of the schedule and I have spent the last 2 days waiting for them to determine why other plants and trees are dying. If you are wanting a company that cares about customer satisfaction, do not call DeSignia.

Excellent company.  Professional, customer focused, quality work!  may not be the cheapest but fair prices and you get A+++++++ work.

Designed a plan- discussed options and what could start now versus in the future. implemented the plan and got on the books. completed the project on time once they started and followed through on addressing items that required fixes.
Maintenance has been great and they do a fantastic job. Would and will use them again for future projects.

They are excellent, however, while their price is not outrageous, it is not it is not a bargain either. They are very much upper level. They know what to plant, when to plant it, and how to do all the work.

The design was creative beyond our expectations, solved some difficult problems and blended nicely with our house. The proposal was clear, detailed and complete.

There were no surprises later.
The three man crew was on time every day (a two week project) and worked hard. The man laying the pavers took time to make sure everything fit properly. When they left the job on the last day everything was complete and clean.
This was one of those rare jobs that turned out better than expected. We were very glad that we chose DeSignia.

I've used them for about 7-8 years. They are very reliable and do very good service.

We have a monthly contract with them. I spent around $250 a month for their services. They are very professional. They come like clockwork, do the regular maintenance and remove anything that needs to be removed.

Well designed and executed.
Next door neighbor used them at the same time to solve his flooding problem also.

We had a great experience with this company. They are professional in every way. Everything went well and we are constantly receiving compliments from people in the neighborhood about the new look of our yard. When there have been problems (the grass went in too late and looked great in the spring but then died mostly--in the newly seeded areas), they have addressed them or will do so when the correct time is for planting, etc. We also have a maintenance contract with them and their weekly work is done just as professionally. Ashleigh is a great designer and represents the high quality of the professionals in this company.

They're terrific in all respects. They're reliable, knowledgeable, and do excellent work.

So far so good... problem appears solved. First class work and easy to work with.

They were great.

It was a great experience. They completely overhauled our space after a disaster with a prior landscaper. They were prompt, respectful, did thorough contracts and change orders and made us aware of any issues that popped up that would cause extra expense (i.e., we had an unknown, unusable, drainage pipe in the way of some scheduled work) and they tried to mitigate any such extra expense. The team leader, Matt Posvar, was wondeful to work with. We absolutely will return to them when we are ready to do some additional work in our yard.

Designia did a wonderful job. The pavers looked even better than I had hoped. Henry and Steve were great to deal with. Despite the fact that my job was probably much smaller than the jobs they are used to doing, I never felt as though they considered it to be unimportant. I believe that they put as much care into it as they would with the larger jobs.

Price billed was 2x price quoted.

This was a very big project. They did an excellent job. They landscaped 5 acres of land and did and excellent job.

FIRST PART OF JOB WAS COMPLETED VERY QUICKLY AND WAS VERY WELL DONE, HOWEVER MORE THAN 4 MONTHS PASSED BEFORE THE SECOND PART OF THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. ALL COMMUNICATION DURING THIS 4 MONTH TIME BEING INITIATED BY ME. THE WORK WAS WELL DONE WHEN COMPLETED, BUT THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION HAS LEFT A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH.

THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. ARRIVED ON PROMISED DATE.

THEY ARE ALL GENTLEMEN AND VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CERTAINLY A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. IM VERY HAPPY WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT AS WELL. THEY SEEM TO HAVE A VERY MOM and POP RUN BUSINESS.
