Do not believe the good reviews!! This was awful experience. We didn't deal with NC. We dealt with Craig in Georgia and his crew. They don't want to finish the final details saying things are extra and I was told items would be done. Was a horrible experience!! Please do research and get feed back from real people who have dealt with them directly so that you can get real information!!! They used wood materials from our yard for their concrete framing, it was expensive boards we bought for our use! Awful ...STAY AWAY!! They didn't clean up anything!! We had stagnant water that sat so long it had huge groups of frog eggs and trash! Seriously stay away!!!

Stay away from this company! Many high rated reviews are fake (friends, employees, family). They are under investigation by the NC State Contractors Board and NC Electrical Board currently, and to no surprise as this isn’t the first time. They do subpar work, fail to meet code and have moral and integrity issues to say the least. Save yourself the headache and run now. Same applies for [Company name redacted], [Company name redacted], Designer Pools by Ace & [Company name redacted] Wilmington, Fayetteville & Charlotte (the latter 3 are “closed” but Google reviews can still be found ) as they are owned by Mr Stone despite not having a contractors license himself. Don’t let ratings fool you. They have family, friends and coworkers leave reviews to try to boost their rating. These crooks owe homeowners and their employees money. $100k pool contracts and people are out of their $ and workers unpaid. Feel free to reach out, I have all the documentation one should need to support my claim. This doesn’t end here but if I can stop one person from dealing with these people who are so full of deceit, I will have saved someone loss of both time, money and peace of mind. Nightmare project with this company. Been waiting over 6 months due to being scammed by their salesperson. Had to hire an attorney to get them to honor the contract and still dealing with negligence from the workers. Having to get our fence, neighbors yard and patio repaired. If I had it all to do over I would never buy a pool again or recommend this company.
