Alignments are subleted out although included with your repairs if necessary which we handle....,inspections are subleted out also, windshield breakage from accidents are subleted out altho are done in house here by singleton glass.

I would like to sincerely apologize to you for any unintentional mistake or inconvenience this may have caused you.. We strongly believe that the customer comes first and that customer service is vital, so it troubles me to know your experience here was less that pleasant. Customer satisfaction is something that we take very seriously here at Dee Gainey's Body Shop and would never want to compromise under any circumstances. Unfortunately, sometimes unavoidable mistakes happen. In such rare cases, a acceptable resolution will be implemented and preventable measures introduced. We will not knowingly compromise our customers' satisfaction under any circumstances. After a thorough review of your issues you sited, I have managed to identify the reasons that left you with a less than pleasant experience. We found there was a breakdown in communications between the Estimator and our Bodyshop personal. We take full responsibility for it and have taken measures to make sure that situation does not occur again. To serve you and other customers better, we have implemented the following changes to our company. We have terminated the employee that failed to follow up and properly oversee all phases of the repair process. To prevent such oversights in the future, we have implemented further safeguards and introduce additional checks. It is our ultimate goal that all of our customers have an exceptionally pleasant experience and will do whatever it takes to achieve that. I hope these resolutions and additional procedures fulfill your expectations and demonstrates how important you and every single customer are for us.
