From the moment I walked in I knew I had the right place. Sales person I worked with Rebecca was great. I told her what I wanted and she gave me a quote using my measurements which was great. After she measured it was a little cheaper than the original estimate. Installer arrived on time and completed the job in one day. One small problem was followed up on and correctly promptly without any hassle whatsoever. There are multiple Carpet One franchises in the area. Make sure you locate DECOR Carpet One. One of the others I tried and that experience was not good at all.

First, this review is belated, so my apologies to the staff at Decor Corp.
Totally professional staff from the Rep to the installers. Very pleased with Decor's followup to my slow selection of tile to the actual installation date. They persevered through my 'getting it right' and corresponded back each time I sent them requests for information. That gave me time to check out their work, get referrals, and get a good feel for what other installers were charging. Their professionalism coupled with the best price hands down, made choosing Decor Corp as my installer really a no brainer decision. One item of note: other installers charged by the square foot ordered, while Decor Corp only charged by the square foot actually installed -so that in itself made a small difference between bidding companies.
The process was easy, the installation went smooth, the installers communicated as they progressed, and we couldn't have been happier with the time it took to schedule, complete, and are totally satisfied with the tile installation. The installers did a remarkable job, and the Rep made a special trip to deliver a transition piece, so the job could be completed in contiguous fashion. There were no surprises other than being awed with our new tile flooring! We were totally pleased with our experience with Decor Corp and would not hesitate to utilize their services in the future. Highly recommend their services!

The installation of the carpeting was ok. The installation of the wood flooring was average at best.
